1. Definitions and Interpretation

If we detect multiple Accounts, all associated Accounts will be permanently closed, and all funds and winnings forfeited.

4. Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Registration Process

To use haha88 services, you must create an Account by providing the following information:

4.2 KYC Verification

haha88 is legally obligated to verify the identity of all Users to prevent fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and other illegal activities. As part of the KYC process, you will be required to submit the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible copy or photograph of your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. The document must be valid (not expired) and show your full name, date of birth, photograph, and document number.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill (electricity, water, internet), bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months showing your full name and current residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of yourself holding your identification document next to your face, ensuring both your face and the document are clearly visible.

Verification is typically completed within 1-24 hours during business hours. You will be notified via email and in-app notification once your Account is verified. Until verification is complete, you may deposit and play, but withdrawals will be restricted. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of registration may result in Account suspension.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity on your Account. If you suspect your Account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must notify haha88 immediately via live chat or email. 5.2 Withdrawals

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

haha88 complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. If you deposit Rp 1.000.000, you must place at least Rp 1.000.000 in wagers before requesting a withdrawal. This policy prevents the Platform from being used for money laundering purposes. 7. Betting and Gaming Rules

9. Account Suspension and Termination

• You engage in fraudulent activity, collusion, or cheating

Upon termination, all pending bets will be void, bonuses forfeited, and only legitimately earned funds (not derived from fraudulent activity) may be withdrawn after investigation. haha88 retains the right to withhold funds pending completion of investigations into suspected Terms violations.

10. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
